Jan Christen claims first professional win and leader’s jersey with Stage 2 victory at Giro d’Abruzzo – Cycling video

Teenager Jan Christen claimed victory on Stage 2 of the Giro d’Abruzzo on Wednesday to take the leader’s jersey. The 19-year-old UAE Team Emirates rider attacked with 6.2km remaining and held off his rivals to mark the first win of his professional career. Alexey Lutsenko (Astana Qazaqstan) and Thomas Pesenti (JCL Team UKYO) completed the podium.
