Meghan Markle ‘in disguise’ talks coronation conspiracy

Don’t ever label this man the “Master of Disguise.”

Sir Karl Jenkins — a Welsh composer whose music was performed at King Charles III’s coronation on Saturday — is dispelling rumors that he was Meghan Markle “in disguise” at the lavish event.

A viral conspiracy theory was spawned at the ceremony at Westminster Abbey on May 6 where the broadcast showed a quick shot of Jenkins, 79, rocking large glasses, gray shaggy hair and thick mustache.

Social media watchdogs promptly fueled rumors that it was 41-year-old Markle — who did not attend the coronation alongside her husband Prince Harry, 38 — trying to sneak into the big party.

Jenkins posted a video on his TikTok on Tuesday and hilariously spoke out about the conspiracy.

“I was quite surprised that some people thought I was Meghan Markle in disguise,” the musician began.

“Someone wrote I was there, whoever I was, to steal the crown jewels,” he continued.

He then quipped that he “looks like this all the time” and pointed to his knighthood medals that he was also wearing at the crowning.

“Oh and my mustache has been referred to in ‘The Times’ as well. But I’ve had the mustache since I was 18 years old. It was very trendy then. So that’s me. Nothing sinister about it or surprising at all,” Jenkins said.

Fans hilariously thought Markle was in disguise at the coronation on May 6.

Markle’s camp has not responded to The Post’s request for comment about the goofy viral moment.

Meanwhile, Twitter had a field day with “Adiemus” producer’s look and teased that it was the former “Suits” actress going undercover.

“[Meghan], you’re not fooling us…” one person wrote.

“People are ridiculous. Meghan Markle is obviously Karl Jenkins in disguise and always has been,” someone else said.

Another user chimed in: said: “I don’t know much about the #Coronation but I do know this is obviously a disguise and 100% they’re going to try and steal the crown jewels”.

Jenkins previously told the BBC that he was “honored” to have a part in the coronation.

“It obviously sums up Welsh culture — the harp — and he [King Charles III] has always supported Welsh music,” he noted.

“I don’t know whether he chose it, but he was happy to have it there. I know he likes it, otherwise he wouldn’t have asked me,” he went on.

A few other wild theories have also sprung up from Saturday’s festivities, including “emergency Camillas” arriving just in case, the “grim reaper” showing up to the ceremony, and Princess Charlotte being the late Princess Diana’s doppelgänger.
