It’s quarter-final day at the English Open so we’ve got an earlier start. Neil Robertson v Mark Williams kicks things off at 12:00

Then at 14:00 it’s Mark Selby up against Ali Carter.

The late session has two games starting at 19:00. The first is Judd Trump v Luca Brecel and the other is Mark Allen v Ashley Hugill.

Ronnie O’Sullivan ‘gutted’ to be knocked out of English Open

Ronnie O’Sullivan confessed he was “gutted” after crashing out of the English Open to Martin Gould on Thursday.

The Rocket was unable to follow up his entertaining victory over Dechawat Poomjaeng as he was outplayed by Gould, who ran out a 4-1 winner in Brentwood, Essex.

“He played great, he played too good for me. Nothing I could do today,” he said.

When asked if there was any relief when a tournament comes to an end, O’Sullivan responded: “No, I’m gutted. I was really enjoying it.

“But that’s the way it goes sometimes. You can’t win them all and I just enjoy playing. I’ve loved playing this week, I’ve enjoyed every game and enjoyed it out there.”
