Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi both score in nine-goal PSG v Riyadh All-Stars friendly
Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi both scored in a goal-filled exhibition match between Paris Saint-Germain and Riyadh All-Stars in Saudi Arabia.
PSG’s Messi scored after just three minutes of the contest, while Ronaldo netted twice for Riyadh All-Stars, who were made up of players from Saudi Arabian clubs Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal.
Ronaldo joined Al-Nassr after leaving Manchester United in November but is yet to make his competitive debut.

This star-studded friendly could be one of the last times that Ronaldo and Messi – two of the greatest players of all time – meet on the pitch.
For Messi it was a return to the Middle East following his World Cup win with Argentina last month in Qatar, and he was quickly on the scoresheet, converting after a pass from Neymar.
Ronaldo levelled from the penalty spot in the 34th minute after he was fouled by former Real Madrid team-mate Keylor Navas.
PSG were reduced to 10 men when Juan Bernat was sent off but Marquinhos restored their lead before the break.
Neymar also missed a penalty to make it 3-1, and Ronaldo responded for Riyadh All-Stars, tucking into the net after his header came back off the post and Sergio Ramos failed to clear.
PSG pulled away in the second half as Kylian Mbappe and Hugo Ekitike all scored to make it 5-2.
Late goals from Jang Hyun-suu and Talisca made the scoreline closer.
PSG return to Ligue 1 action on January 29 as they look to avoid a third straight defeat.
Ronaldo looks set to make his Saudi Pro League debut on January 22 when Al-Nassr host Al-Ettifaq.
