Five-time finalist Murray, who beat Thanasi Kokkinakis in five hours and 45 minutes in the early hours of Friday morning, will be hoping to reach the fourth round for the first time since 2017, while Djokovic is set to continue his run for his 22nd Grand Slam in Melbourne.
Aryna Sabalenka, Belinda Bencic and Dan Evans are also in action.

Top men’s match – Novak Djokovic v Grigor Dimitrov
A decade ago, Grigor Dimitrov recorded his sole win over Djokovic at the ATP Masters in Madrid. There were a few close sets at Wimbledon in 2014, but with a 9-1 career record, history is not on the side of the Bulgarian.
Djokovic has had some issues with his hamstring and after his second-round victory against Enzo Couacaud, the Serb said that his hamstring was “not good at all” and that he’s taking it “day by day.”
Top women’s match – Aryna Sabalenka v Elise Mertens
Aryna Sabalenka and Elise Mertens is set to be the most interesting of the women’s singles matches on day six due to the fact that the two were former doubles partners.
Together, they won two Grand Slam titles, in Melbourne in 2021 and at the US Open in 2019. Having played together, the two could not be more familiar with each other’s game, and will now be forced to try and exploit any weaknesses against each other.
Brit watch
All eyes will be on Murray tomorrow, who has had an exhilarating tournament so far, to see if he can make it one step further against Spaniard Roberto Bautista Agut.
Murray has won back-to-back marathon five-setters against both Matteo Berrettini and Kokkinakis, while Bautista Agut managed to come back from two sets down to defeat Brandon Holt in the second round.
It will certainly be a tough test, but if anyone has proven that they are up for a difficult task, it’s Murray.
Evans will also be in action, taking on fifth seed Andrey Rublev, while in the doubles, Lloyd Glasspool and Neal Skupski are set to feature.
