Tony Toutouni rents home where Adam DeVine witnessed a murder

The platinum-haired Playboy who rents the Los Angeles property where actor Adam DeVine witnessed a person being gunned down is a wild social media star who goes by the handle “Lunatic Living” and frequently posts pictures of wads of cash and near-naked girls “twerking” on his page.

Tony Toutouni, 52, has been renting the home in the Hollywood Hills West neighborhood where police say a 39-year-old man was shot dead in the driveway just after 2 a.m. on Wednesday following a poker game.

Toutouni has not been accused of any wrongdoing, and another person is being sought as the suspect in the murder.

The Iranian-born businessman and nightclub owner — who bares a striking resemblance to celebrity chef Guy Fieri — has become notorious in the high-end neighborhood for his debauched parties since moving into the property, much to the ire of his furious neighbors.

Sources said he has become notorious for racing his high end cars including a Lamborghini, Ferrari and Bugatti around the winding streets of the Hollywood Hills.

Toutouni, who’s birth name is Farzad, also regularly brags about his wild soirees and lavish life to his more than 1.5 million social media followers, mostly accompanied by pictures of women in bikinis or lingerie in suggestive poses.

His Instagram features scantily-clad women fawning over him, girls posing on his poker table and himself lounging on a private jet.

He also regularly posts photos of wads of cash and a slew of flashy cars, including a Lamborghini, Ferrari and Bugatti.

Toutouni, who is believed to have at least one young child, has taken to sharing clips of himself podcasting where he shares his thoughts on women and sex, with topics including “selective equality,” “Why women should pursue a real career” and “How many guys have you slept with”.

In the latter clip Toutouni explains at length how older men get prosthetics fitted to make their penises hard, so they can fool younger women they are sleeping with.

In his own Instagram bio, Toutouni describes himself as being “hated by women for my honesty.”

Meanwhile, on his Twitter profile, where he has garnered more than 37,000 followers, his bio boasts: “If ur married DONT FOLLOW ME If u have a GF DONT FOLLOW ME Or you will lose them and thank me.”

He once bragged in a 2018 interview that he was the “King of Instagram” and insisted he’d never “paid a woman” for their company in his entire life.

“I’ve had nine girls in my bed, I’ve had five girls, four girls, two girls, three girls… it all depends,” he claimed.

“I have the freedom to do what I want – I’m not married, I don’t have a girlfriend, and I don’t have a budget for anything I want to do,” Toutouni said at the time. “Therefore, I can do anything I want, and I live my life based on that.”

DeVine, the “Pitch Perfect” star who lives opposite Toutouni, had opened up about his neighbor’s partying ways at a live taping of the “This Is Important” podcast Wednesday night — just hours after the fatal shooting.

“This is a true scary thing that just happened. So across the street they were running this like crazy poker game, right?” DeVine told the hosts.

“People were rolling up in like Lamborghinis and Bentleys and Rolls-Royces and s–t and like old guys, who for sure f–k prostitutes and play cards.”

DeVine said he and his wife, Chloe Bridges, had been watching the debauchery unfold when the man, later identified as 39-year-old Emil Lahaziel, got into a heated exchange with an unidentified man before being shot multiple times on the driveway.

“Yeah, dude, I called that s–t, I called that s–t. I was like ‘This is dastardly s–t going down here’ and sure enough, someone is gunned down,” DeVine said.

Attempts by The Post to reach Toutouni on Thursday were unsuccessful.

The gunman was still on the loose as of Thursday afternoon, according to the LAPD who also confirmed to The Post Thursday the case is being investigated as a homicide.

It wasn’t immediately clear if the shooter and slain victim knew each other, or the nature of their argument.
