Andy Cohen reveals feelings about Ryan Seacrest hosting ‘Wheel of Fortune’

Perhaps Andy Cohen is just clairvoyant?

The Bravo head honcho and talk show host is insisting that he’s already “booked and blessed” just days after it was announced that Ryan Seacrest — whom Cohen derided on live television two years ago — would be Pat Sajak’s replacement when he retires from “Wheel of Fortune” next year.

“Seemed like it was gonna happen,” Cohen said about Seacrest’s new gig in a TikTok video interview captured by comedian and street journalist Adam Glyn.

Glyn then asked Cohen if he had gotten a phone call from the ABC network to take the gig.

“No, no, no, no, no, no,” Cohen said with a chuckle in response. “No, by the way, I have eight jobs including the best show job on television at Bravo, so I’m booked and blessed.”

But Glyn continued to press Cohen, asking him, “Do you feel like you’re actually sometimes considered a late-night host, like, in that group? When I hear [Jimmy] Fallon and I hear [Jimmy] Kimmel, I actually feel like your name should be in that list … “

“I don’t care,” Cohen responded with a shrug. “I’m so happy to be doing this that I could give a s–t what list I’m on. I’m on my own list, and I’m happy to be on it.”

The Post has reached out to Cohen’s representatives for comment.

Cohen’s remarks came just one week after he spoke about his hopes to replace Sajak, 76, on “Wheel of Fortune.”

“Dream, dream job. I would love to,” Cohen told Us Weekly about tossing his hat in the ring to replace the powerhouse, who has been a staple on the show since 1981.

He also added that a game show is the “thing” that he hasn’t gotten the chance to do in his career yet.

However, it was announced Tuesday that Seacrest had snagged the gig, a role that the “American Idol” host said he was “truly humbled” to be stepping into.

I’m truly humbled to be stepping into the footsteps of the legendary Pat Sajak,” Seacrest said in a statement.

The message continued, in part, “I can say, along with the rest of America, that it’s been a privilege and pure joy to watch Pat and Vanna on our television screens for an unprecedented 40 years, making us smile every night and feel right at home with them.”

Seacrest and Cohen have a bit of a rocky history, as the “Watch What Happens Live” host went off on Seacrest during his “New Year’s Eve Live” broadcast on CNN in 2021.

“Ryan Seacrest’s group of losers that are performing behind us,” he said at the time, referencing Seacrest’s rival NYE broadcast on ABC, “Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve With Ryan Seacrest.”

He continued, “I mean, with all due [respect], if you’ve been watching ABC tonight, you’ve seen nothing. I’m sorry.”

However, Cohen later apologized to Seacrest via a January 2022 episode of his radio show on SiriusXM, “Andy Cohen Live,” claiming that the comments were taken out of context.

“The only thing that I regret saying, the only thing is that I slammed the ABC broadcast, and I really like Ryan Seacrest and he’s a great guy,” he clarified at the time.

“And I really regret saying that, and I was just stupid and drunk and feeling it,” Cohen added.

The drama seemed to continue this past year when Seacrest claimed that Cohen “ignored” him during the New Year’s Eve broadcast.

During an episode of “Live With Ryan and Kelly,” the former host explained that his stage in Times Square was right in front of Cohen and Anderson Cooper’s.

“And Anderson, the best,” Seacrest said. “He turns around and he says, ‘Have a good show.’ Very nice. Andy did not turn around.”

Ripa, though, refuted his claims about Cohen, saying: “That’s not true. He said he was trying to get your attention.”

However, Cohen later claimed that he didn’t even see Seacrest and that the star has a “bug up” about him.

A few days after, the two seemingly settled their alleged beef as Cohen called into Seacrest’s “On Air” radio show, where they both agreed that they are “not” fighting.

But it looks like Cohen isn’t the only one who had some thoughts about Seacrest’s new job — Tuesday’s announcement came under scrutiny from “Wheel of Fortune” fans who believe it should have gone to longtime letter-turner Vanna White.

White has reportedly lawyered up in a bid to get a raise, something she allegedly hasn’t received in the past 18 years.

According to Puck News, White has been making around $3 million a year since 2005 and was only granted bonuses, not raises, during that time period.

She is said to have hired “aggressive” powerhouse attorney Bryan Freedman, who has taken on cases of other Hollywood heavyweights during their own TV battles.
