Heather Locklear seen screaming in alarming new photos

Heather Locklear has been spotted acting erratically in Malibu, California, sparking renewed fears for her well-being.

In pictures obtained by The Post, the enduring “Melrose Place” and “Dynasty” actress, 61, is seen steadying herself on the ledge of an office building after an undisclosed appointment on June 29.

Locklear —  who has a well-documented history of struggles with substance abuse and mental health issues — is seen holding onto the building’s pillars, wearing black flip-flops, a camouflage short-sleeve shirt that hung off one shoulder and matching joggers.

She also appeared to be reading aloud from what looks to be a journal while sitting on the outdoor steps, as captured in disturbing video footage and photographs.

At one point, a disheveled Locklear aggressively pointed at something in the book, slammed it shut and continued to talk to herself before making her way down a staircase.

The beloved blonde’s bizarre behavior comes as friends are allegedly worried that the veteran TV star — long known as the “secret weapon” who famously saved once ailing shows such as “Melrose Place” and “Spin City” — may have started drinking again, according to multiple sources.

A man — presumably her fiancé, Chris Heisser, also 61 — dropped her off for the appointment and waited for her for almost an hour in the parking lot until she was done taking a moment for herself.

Eventually, Locklear is seen sprinting across the street and hopping into the man’s SUV.

The Post has contacted a rep for Locklear for comment.

Locklear made her return to acting with the Meghan McCain-produced 2021 Lifetime flick “Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff: The Kristine Carlson Story.”

It was her first role since she “overdosed” in 2018, followed by a rehab stint and her arrest for the alleged assault of an EMT worker called to her home during a domestic dispute.

But in 2020, “The Perfect Man” alum happily celebrated one year of sobriety.

“I’ve learned that no matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow,” she wrote in an Instagram post at the time, attributing the line to poet Maya Angelou.

“I’ve always loved getting older because it means I’m alive,” Locklear said in 2021. “I’m so grateful. I don’t really give a hoot. I don’t give a hoot about how I look. My parents still love me. My daughter loves me.”

Locklear and Heisser got engaged in April 2020, although they met as teenagers and graduated together from Newbury Park High School, near Los Angeles, in 1979.

They relit their spark in 2017 but broke up multiple times before she reportedly got sober in 2019.

In October 2021, the actress told People that she was in no rush to marry her fiancé.

“I’m like, ‘You’re my man for the rest of my life, whether we get married or not,’ ” she said at the time.

“[A wedding] is so not important. We’re together, and we love each other and support each other. And really that’s all that matters.”

The former “Spin City” star was previously married to Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee, 60, from 1986 until 1993. They did not have any children together.

Locklear shares Ava Sambora, 24, with Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora. She was married to the rocker, 62, from 1994 until 2007.
