Dan Bewley clinched his first Speedway GP win of the season in Malilla, Sweden with a magnificent overtake in the final.
Shooting down the inside line, he took the lead off Martin Vaculik and never surrendered it.

It was late heartache for home hero Fredrik Lindgren who misjudged a move on Vaculik in the first running of the Round 6 final, causing a heavy crash and being excluded from the restart.

Championship leader Bartosz Zmarzlik was out of sorts, uncharacteristically missing out on the final after crashing in Heat 3.
