‘Love Is Blind’ Season 6 drama: Cheating bombshells, Megan Fox

Reality dating series “Love Is Blind” has always been weird, wild, and full of drama – but Season 6 has taken it to the next level.

The series follows singles as they date each other sight unseen, in “pods,” or rooms where they talk through walls. After they get engaged, they meet in person, go on vacation together, and rush towards the altar.

Now streaming on Netflix, Season 6 has been full of couples who don’t seem to like each other, love triangles, and allegations have also emerged that some contestants weren’t as “single” as they claimed, when they agreed to go on a reality dating show with the goal of getting married. 

“Love is Blind casters are so lazy lol. How did you end up casting these many ppl in secret relationships?” one fan posted on X, formerly Twitter.

“They need to hire me [for real] they not real lurkers smh. I would’ve found all of this in 5 minutes.” 

Here’s all the messy drama. 

Was Kenneth in it for fame?

Kenneth Gotham, 26, a middle school principal, got engaged to Brittany Mills, 25, a senior client partner. 

Brittany used to be a teacher, so they bonded over their similar experiences, and Kenneth also said he liked that she loves God.

“When Brittany shared that, I was like, ‘I want to spend more time with you,’” he said.

The two also bonded over having lost a parent when they were both young. “Having to go through things that mature you quickly sets you apart from other people,” she said, while he agreed. 

By all accounts, they seemed like one of the more solid couples, with similar outlooks on life. 

But, after they met in person, he spent a lot of time on his phone, seemingly ignoring Brittany.

They broke up, and after their exit, a woman who claimed to be Kenneth’s cousin posted on Facebook that she thinks Kenneth did the show for “TV Time I guess.”

Did Trevor have an off-screen girlfriend?

Trevor Sova, 30, an account manager, didn’t even make it out of the “pods” stage of “Love Is Blind” Season 6. However, before Chelsea chose to move forward with an engagement to Jimmy, she was in a love triangle with Jimmy and Trevor. 

But, the Instagram account @therealityashley shared text messages that were allegedly between Trevor and his alleged girlfriend, Natalia Marrero. In the supposed text, Trevor allegedly wrote to Natalia, “I love you so much honey. I’m excited for [the show], but more excited to get back to you after and start our life together.”

He also allegedly told her, “I’m going to marry you,” and that he “pretended” that his behavior on the show “wasn’t real life to say anything I said.” 

He didn’t publicly respond to these allegations, but Chelsea defended him in an Instagram Story. “Y’all we have to understand… we are humans…Our lives went incredibly public very fast. All we can do is have grace. It’s a very unfortunate situation. But I wouldn’t wish this amount of hate on anyone. Remember to be kind,” she said, according to ET.

Did Jeramey have a secret off-screen fiancee?

Jeramey Lutinski, 32, who works in intralogistics, got engaged to Laura Dadisman, 34, an account director. Their relationship fell apart when he appeared to cheat on her with Sarah Ann, another woman he bonded with in the “pods” before he decided to move forward with Laura.

However, a woman claiming to be his fiancee, Brittani Mcliverty, came forward and alleged that she was still engaged to him outside of the show. 

“Someone was engaged and living with someone when applying for this,” Brittani captioned an image with Jeramy, via Facebook..

He denied the allegations, posting an Instagram video on Friday, Feb 23, with the caption, “Just for some clarity. 1) My previous engagement was not a secret while filming. It was well documented, well known. 2) I was not living with anyone when casting reached out.This whole process had not even begun until I was out and on my own. Additionally, yes my home sold a week or two before filming. Listed in October or November, sold in March. Wasn’t living in it while it was listed. Idk if anyone else was trying to sell a place at that specific time, but it was not a short process. Not going to give this one any more attention.”

In the video, he further said, “Anybody that I was on dates with, my castmates, and in multiple interviews, this topic was discussed. Nobody is surprised by this. It was something that was well documented. Unfortunately with all of the footage that is captured, not all of it makes it into the final cut. This just happened to not make it in there.”

He also said that he wasn’t engaged to or living with another woman while appearing on “Love Is Blind.”

“I had already been out on my own for a number of weeks at that point.”

That’s right, he said not months, but weeks.

Did Jimmy have an off-screen girlfriend?

Jimmy Presnell, 27, who works in software sales, got engaged to Chelsea, 31, a flight attendant and event planner. Their relationship was rocky, not least because Chelsea told him that she resembled Megan Fox. After they met in person, he commented, “She definitely lied to me on some of how she looked.” He also later seemed to hit on fellow single, A.D.

However, in February, TikToker Ryann Stringfellow claimed to be dating a man who appeared on Season 6 of the Netflix show.

“Imagine my surprise when I turn on the new season of ‘Love Is Blind’ this morning and see my f–king boyfriend,” Stringfellow said. “Are you shocked? Because I sure as hell am.”

She didn’t name names, but it was implied to be Jimmy. “I’m not gonna tell you who it is,” she said. “I still think he’s the love of my life, and we can work past this.”

She continued, “I thought he was on a f–king business trip. He couldn’t talk to me because he was working.” 

Jimmy posted his own TikTok, replying to her claims.  

“I don’t know this woman. I never met this woman. It’s not true,” he said.

“It’s an incredible marketing ploy. She is getting so many clicks and she’s making so much money off my name, it’s insane. She doesn’t say it’s me, but she’s definitely insinuating it’s your boy… she’s running at about 16 million [views] right now, which is absolutely insane to me,” he went on. “And bizarre that it’s getting that much traction, so I wanted to come on here and tell everybody it’s not true.”
