‘Sister Wives’ stars Kody and Janelle Brown break silence on son Garrison’s death: ‘Our beautiful boy’
“Sister Wives” stars Janelle and Kody Brown have addressed their 25-year-old son Garrison’s apparent suicide.
“Kody and I are deeply saddened to announce the loss of our beautiful boy Robert Garrison Brown,” Janelle, 54, and Kody, 55, quickly posted Tuesday to their separate Instagrams after TMZ broke the news of his death.
“He was a bright spot in the lives of all who knew him. His loss will leave such a big hole in our lives that it takes our breath away. We ask that you please respect our privacy and join us in honoring his memory,” they concluded.
Garrison was found dead at his Flagstaff, AZ, on Tuesday as a result of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, the Flagstaff PD confirmed to The Post.
Foul play is not suspected in this case, and his death is being investigated.
Since 2010, “Sister Wives” on TLC has followed polygamist Kody and his four wives Meri, Janelle, Christine, and Robyn, as well as their combined 18 kids. Garrison appeared on the show since its start.
A TLC spokesperson told The Post in a statement, “We are devastated to hear of the tragic loss of Garrison Brown. We extend our deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to the Brown family at this difficult time.”
