A-listers who will be taking the stage include Will Arnett, Angela Bassett, Vanessa Bayer, Kelly Clarkson, Ariana DeBose, Taye Diggs, Hannah Einbinder, Selena Gomez and Mariska Hargitay.
“Squid Game” stars Jung Ho-yeon and Lee Jung-jae — as well as Jimmy Kimmel, Diego Luna, Christopher Meloni, Seth Meyers, Amy Poehler, Molly Shannon, Jean Smart, Kerry Washington and Natalie Zea — will also be attending.
The ceremony honoring the best and brightest in television will air live on NBC from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Monday, Sept. 12. The show will also be streamed on Peacock.
“Saturday Night Live” icon Kenan Thompson will be emceeing the night’s festivities.
“Being a part of this incredible evening where we honor the best of the television community is ridiculously exciting, and to do it on NBC — my longtime network family — makes it even more special,” Thompson, 44, said in a statement last month. “Like all TV fans, I can’t wait to see the stars from my favorite shows.”
The Nickelodeon alum recently revealed how his “SNL” characters could possibly pop up during the awards next week.
“I love doing a character,” he told Entertainment Weekly on Aug. 23. “I would say the odds are probably pretty high because I’m down to do it.”
He added that his “SNL” character skits could help “keep the energy up” at the show and “not have everything seem so predictable or mundane.”
The Creative Arts Emmys were previously awarded on Sept. 3 and 4.
During the two-night presentation, the late Chadwick Boseman won a posthumous Emmy for his voice work on the Disney+ and Marvel Studios animated series “What If…?”
Former President Barack Obama also emerged victorious, winning the best narrator Emmy for the Netflix documentary series “Our Great National Parks.”
