Powerball $1 billion jackpot numbers drawn October 31
These Powerball jackpot numbers could win you a frightening amount of dough.
The winning numbers drawn for the grand prize of $1 billion on Halloween night were: 13, 19, 36, 39, 59. The Powerball was 13.
Nobody won the jackpot, but several lucky players matched all five numbers without the Powerball for $2 million and $1 million prizes.
Players in New York, Florida and Oklahoma hit all five with a two-times multiplier — for a $2 million haul.
The $1 million prizes, fetched by matching all five numbers and no multiplier, were won by players in New York, Florida, California, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Texas.
The next Powerball jackpot is estimated to be $1.2 billion.
Going into Monday night’s drawing, there have been 37 consecutive Powerball drawings without a winner.
The odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are 1 in 292.2 million.
As the prize has shot up, interest in the lottery has spiked with more tickets for the game being purchased online with the app Jackpocket, responsible for about 15% of ticket sales in New York since the current prize run began in August.
If a lucky winner clinched the scary sum of money Monday, it would be the second highest after a $1.586 billion drawing in 2016.
The last grand prize winner struck gold on Aug. 3 when a Pennsylvania ticket won the $206.9 million prize.
Even if the grand prize isn’t clinched Monday, lottery players can still win $1 million if their first five numbers match.
