A look at Kevin Costner’s Aspen ranch amid divorce battle

In the midst of what seems to be spiraling into a bitter divorce, will actor Kevin Costner face a fate of homelessness?

Court records obtained last week by The Post show the “Yellowstone” mainstay admits that “securing his right to access his separate property residences in the event of a divorce was an important priority” for him.

Upon separation from a previous marriage, the filing adds, Costner found himself without a home base and “never wanted that to happen again.”

This all comes as Costner fights his estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, over her alleged refusal to leave his $145 million residence in Carpinteria, California. (For her part, Baumgartner charges Costner with trying to make the family homeless by forcing her and their three kids to leave this nest.)

However, Costner maintains a massive ranch in Colorado, otherwise known as Dunbar Ranch, which seems to be an option for his home base — and that for another occupant.

The Golden Globe winner listed his 160-acre Aspen estate in January for a colossal $36,000 per night, The Post reported at the time, and it still seems up for grabs.

Comprising 12 bedrooms and eight bathrooms, the spread occupies nearly 6,000 square feet.

Dunbar Ranch has been pegged as “the ultimate luxury retreat,” and is located just minutes from downtown Aspen.

Features of the property include 24/7 caretakers on site, a baseball field, a sledding hill, three hot tubs and the ability to sleep up to 27 people comfortably.

Costner usually rents out the home during the winter months. He last listed the property for lease in 2021.

The main house spans 5,800 square feet.

Costner, 68, purchased the land in 2000 before transforming it into the property it is today.

Costner most recently played John Dutton — the owner of the Yellowstone ranch — on Paramount.

Rumors surfaced in January as to whether Season 5 of the highly popular series would be Costner’s last in playing his acclaimed role.

Costner is now working on a vast four-part movie titled “Horizon,” which he is producing, directing and starring in.
