“It appeared that she had possibly lost control of her vehicle,” a deputy with the Malibu/Lost Hills station told Fox News Thursday, which was first to confirm Arquette was involved in the crash.

A Los Angeles fire captain told the Malibu Times Tuesday the driver was trying to park, but instead of backing out, the car went forward and took out three pillars that support the roof near eatery Lily’s Malibu.

Officials ruled out any indication Rosanna Arquette was impaired due to using drugs or alcohol while driving.
