Amanda Bynes seen for first time after 3-week psychiatric hold

Amanda Bynes was spotted getting her nails done Tuesday, the first public sighting since her three-week stay at a mental health facility.

The Nickelodeon alum, 37, sported a white T-shirt, black pants, a cheetah-print headband and a hair bun at Cosmo Nails in Toluca Lake, California.

Eyewitnesses told the Daily Mail that Bynes smoked a cigarette as she waited for an Uber after the manicure.

The Post contacted Bynes’ reps for comment. A salon rep declined to comment Friday when reached by The Post.

The “She’s the Man” star, who once enrolled in cosmetology school to become a manicurist, sparked concerns when she was found wandering Los Angeles’ streets naked on March 19, the same weekend she skipped out on a scheduled appearance at ’90s Con.

Amanda Bynes was seen getting pampered with a manicure, the first time she’s been spotted since being released from a mental health facility this week.

Someone who reported seeing Bynes sans clothes told TMZ that she flagged down a driver and asked for help.

She then called 911 on herself before being placed on a psychiatric hold. This type of detainment typically lasts for 72 hours, but Bynes’ own hold was extended.

She was likely living “on the streets for days” before she telephoned the cops, insiders divulged to TMZ last month.

The outlet noted her car had been towed in Long Beach on March 15.

She was seen in a fan’s TikTok two days later.

“We’re just walking the streets of Hollywood,” the TikToker says in the brief clip. “It’s St. Patrick’s Day, and I saw my girl walking, so I had to say, what’s up?”

Bynes’ ex-fiancé, Paul Michael, claimed at the time that Bynes hadn’t been taking her medication.

“She got off her meds, and she’s still off her meds,” Michael told Page Six. “She’s wild.”

Bynes was reportedly released from a Southern California facility Monday for outpatient treatment.

The “Easy A” actress’ parents are said not to be considering another conservatorship following the latest incident.

The “What a Girl Wants” star announced her hiatus from acting in 2010 before she publicly struggled with substance abuse.

Bynes later revealed she had been diagnosed with bipolar and manic depressive disorder.

She was placed under a conservatorship in August 2013 following a breakdown.

In March 2022, a judge ruled the conservatorship should be terminated.
