America Ferrera has ‘Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants’ reunion

The sisterhood cannot be broken.

America Ferrera had a surprise reunion with her “The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” co-stars Friday at a special screening of her record-breaking film “Barbie” in NYC.

“The Sisterhood came through all in pink to celebrate my performance in Barbie last night,” Ferrera, 39, wrote on Instagram. “I love these women with all my heart.”

In the post, the “Ugly Betty” alum radiates in an off-white ruched dress while posing for several pictures with Blake Lively, 36, Amber Tamblyn, 40, and Alexis Bledel, 42.

The 2005 dramedy, adapted from a 2001 novel of the same name, follows four best friends mesmerized by a magical pair of jeans that seem to fit all of them despite them being different sizes.

A movie sequel was released in 2008.

In 2020, Lively told People that she still shares a special bond with her former co-stars.

“America Ferrera, Amber Tamblyn, Alexis Bledel — those are three women who I met when I was 16 years old and I’ve been lucky to call them my friends and mentors ever since,” the “Gossip Girl” alum told the outlet.

“What they do  — whether artistically, politically, socially, personally — they really use their voice,” she said. “And whether people agree with their voice or not is not the thing that I’m most concerned with as much as, it’s nice to see women who are not only empowering themselves but empowering other women to stand up and to really fight and work for what they believe in.”

Ferrera expressed a similar sentiment in 2015.

“We love each other, and we love this series, and we are so proud of the work that we did together that it would be wonderful to come back [and] do another one,” the “Superstore” alum told People.

Ferrera, meanwhile, was left stunned on Thursday while attending the 19th annual Massachusetts Conference for Women in Boston, where thousands of women quoted her character’s climatic “Barbie” monologue to her.

According to The Daily Mail, Ferrera posted an Instagram Story of the chanting with the caption, “The part where 10K women recited my ‘Barbie’ monologue back to me!”

She was recently honored for her work in “Barbie” with a Critics Choice Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress.

Greta Gerwig’s film was nominated for a whopping 18 awards, shattering the record of 14 held by 2022’s “Everything Everywhere All at Once” and 2017’s “The Shape of Water.”

“Barbie” — which grossed more than $1.4 billion at the worldwide box office — was also nominated for nine Golden Globe Awards.

The Golden Globes will be presented on Jan. 7, a week before the Critics Choice Awards, on Jan. 14.
