Ashanti is pregnant, expecting her first baby with Nelly: report

It isn’t “Just a Dream” — ultra-YK2 couple Ashanti and Nelly are reportedly expecting their first child together.

A source confirmed that Ashanti is pregnant to Us Weekly on Monday.

A rep for Nelly, 49, could not confirm or deny the news when contacted by The Post.

The Post also reached out to a rep for Ashanti, 43, for comment.

The duo, who previously dated on and off from 2003 to 2014, fueled pregnancy rumors over the weekend onstage at his Black and White Ball in St. Louis.

Ashanti placed her hand on her stomach, prompting Nelly to also touch her tummy.

“I want you guys to say ‘seal the deal,’” a man with a microphone prompted the crowd to chant as the singer burst into laughter.

This would be Ashanti’s first child and Nelly’s third. He shares daughter Chanelle, 29, and son Cornell Haynes III, 24, with his ex, Channetta Valentine.

The “Body On Me” collaborators reunited in April where they were spotted holding hands while they left the boxing match between Gervonta Davis and Ryan Garcia in Las Vegas.

Nelly claimed the reconciliation “surprised both of us.”

“It wasn’t anything that I don’t think was planned,” he told “Love and Hip Hop” stars Rasheeda and Kirk Frost.

“I think we both were pretty much doing what we do, but sometimes being separate you understand one another more,” the “Hot in Here” rapper said of finding their way back to each other.

“You be like, ‘Yo, let me see exactly what they see.’ You know, because we all can be defensive sometimes in our own relationships. We know we wrong but we going to stand on it. But we all a victim to that.” 

Last year, Ashanti explained to The Post’s Chuck Arnold why their high-profile relationship didn’t last the first time around.

“There were good times, and there were times where it was hard . . . just traveling so much and living in two different states,” she said. “Our careers were, like, taking off back then. It was really hard to try and just do everything.”

The “Foolish” singer even claimed she was completely comfortable with not marrying.

“There have been situations that were very, very close to that,” she claimed. “I just want it to be the right person. My parents have been married for, like, 40-plus years. So, you know, that’s kind of like the template for me.”

But now, Nelly and Ashanti could be able to read their new bundle of joy her children’s book, “My Name Is a Story,” which Ashanti released last July.

“It’s encouraging kids to be happy and feel OK about being different or having a different name,” she said of the plot. “You know, my name is different; it’s not common. But I want kids that have a different name to understand that that’s power in itself. Love your name. Love the fact that you’re different and you stand out.”
