British Grand Prix Race Live Updates – Formula 1 Results

Hello and welcome to Eurosport’s live text commentary of this afternoon’s British Grand Prix from the famous Silverstone Circuit.

Max Verstappen starts this race on pole, and he will be looking to once again secure another victory in the Red Bull to keep his streak going. The McLarens of Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri start in second and third respectively after their best qualifying performance of the season.

Lewis Hamilton starts in 7th, just behind his teammate George Russell, who lines up in sixth in the sister Mercedes.

So far, the weather is holding out, and we look to have dry conditions for the start of the race.
