Britney Spears, Prince Harry, more
Maybe they should’ve kept that to themselves.
As 2023 comes to a close, it’s time to reflect on all of the moments celebrities said a little more than they probably should on topics including their sex lives, private parts and relationships.
Celebrities including Britney Spears, Whoopi Goldberg and Prince Harry earned well-deserved spots on this list for baring it all and not caring who hears or sees their outlandish posts or remarks.
They say no press is bad press, and for many of these stars, their TMI tidbits got The Post talking — even if the general public begged them to stop sharing such personal details with the world.
Whether it’s provocative photos, remarks on a daytime talk show, or a tell-all memoir, these nine celebrities will go down in history for sharing too much information in 2023.
Britney Spears
You know what they say: A picture is worth a thousand words, and Britney Spears posted several risqué pictures and videos to Instagram in 2023.
The “Toxic” pop star left little to the imagination all year long in a never-ending stockpile of content.
Spears, 42, explained why she likes posting barely-there content in her best-selling memoir, “The Woman in Me.”
“I know that a lot of people don’t understand why I love taking pictures of myself …” she wrote.
“But I think if they’d been photographed by other people thousands of times, prodded and posed for other people’s approval, they’d understand that I get a lot of joy from posing the way I feel sexy and taking my own picture, doing whatever I want with it.”
Jada Pinkett Smith
Jada Pinkett Smith decided 2023 was the year to finally tell fans that she and her husband, Will Smith, have been separated — and living apart — for the past seven years.
The former “Red Table Talk” host, 52, talked about the couple’s bizarre arrangement multiple times throughout her seemingly never-ending press tour for her memoir, “Worthy,” causing fans to claim she was embarrassing and exploiting the “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” star.
In December, she told the Daily Mail’s YOU Magazine that him slapping Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars saved their marriage.
“I nearly didn’t even attend the Oscars that year, but I’m glad I did,” Jada told the outlet. “I call it the ‘holy slap’ now because so many positive things came after it.”
“That moment of the s – – t hitting the fan is when you see where you really are,” she continued. “After all those years trying to figure out if I would leave Will’s side, it took that slap for me to see I will never leave him.”
Whoopi Goldberg
Whoopi Goldberg is never shy about sharing TMI tidbits, including voicing whether or not she’s wearing any undergarments.
On a March episode of “The View,” Goldberg, 68, revealed she had to put on underwear since returning to the studio instead of filming from home as they did for two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Actress Christina Ricci, 43, unfortunately, received this information firsthand as she appeared on the show that day, while the co-hosts discussed how happy they were to chat with her in-person rather than virtually.
“I’ve had to wear underwear this entire new time!” Goldberg told the “Wednesday” star as the audience laughed.
Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos
Married couple Kelly Ripa, 53, and Mark Consuelos, 52, are the king and queen of daytime television TMI. In January, they issued a warning to their kids after their daughter, Lola, walked into their bedroom unannounced while she was home from college.
“Be warned Lola Conseulos. ‘Cause this week’s freaky week, isn’t it?” Mark said on an episode of “Live with Kelly and Ryan” before he took over as a permanent host in the spring.
“Yeah, this is Jan. 30. We’re going to get freaky this week,” he proclaimed.
“Why this week? Is this historically freaky week?” Kelly laughed, to which her horny husband replied, “It is now.”
Mark proceeded to explain that he had to have a conversation with their daughter so that she could save everyone in the family from seeing things they didn’t need to see.
“I said, ‘Lola, I don’t want you to take this the wrong way,’” he recalled telling her. “‘I’m very excited that you are home. We missed you. You are the heart of this family. You’re so funny and you’re just fantastic. But you gotta knock.’”
Prince Harry
Prince Harry’s memoir, “Spare,” was filled with all kinds of TMI, ranging from the story of how he lost his virginity to an “older woman,” and explicit details about his penis.
In case readers were wondering — yes, both Harry and his brother Prince William are circumcised, per the redheaded royal, 39.
But perhaps the most memorable story involving his private parts was Harry claiming he had a frostbitten penis at William and Kate Middleton’s wedding after an Arctic charity walk expedition in the North Pole.
“While the ears and cheeks were already healing, the todger wasn’t,” he wrote of his frostbitten extremities. “It was becoming more of an issue by the day.”
Harry said his friend told him to use an Elizabeth Arden cream on his nether region before he ended up having to seek professional medical help.
“Time heals,” the doctor reportedly told him.
Dean McDermott
What do you get when you allow farm animals into the bedroom? A divorce — at least for Dean McDermott and Tori Spelling.
The actor and reality TV star, 57, told the Daily Mail in November that Spelling’s pet pig and chicken ruined their sex life and was one of the factors that led him to file for divorce in July after 17 years of marriage.
“We’d been having problems and it just got worse because we stopped sleeping in the same room,” McDermott told the outlet about the issues arising in their marriage in 2017.
“It was issues around animals. Animals sleeping in the bedroom on the bed. There was the pig. There’s a chicken that was living in the bathroom and multiple dogs,” he claimed. “And we know dogs have accidents and our particular dogs were having a lot. And I just couldn’t deal with that anymore.”
Ozzy Osbourne
Ozzy Osbourne, 75, is infamous for biting the head off of a live bat during one of his concerts, but the rocker also revealed another nasty performance habit in October.
On “The Osbourne Podcast,” which the Prince of Darkness hosts with his wife, Sharon, and kids, Jack and Kelly, Ozzy said, “When I was onstage, I used to go, ‘Oh, f – – k it,’ and just piss. Cause I was wet anyway from throwing water around,” he reasoned.
“Oh Lord,” Sharon shook her head. “Thanks for sharing.”
“Golden Bachelor” Gerry Turner
The elderly can still get it on — just ask Gerry Turner, the first-ever “Golden Bachelor.”
In November, Turner, 72, stunned host Jesse Palmer, 45, ahead of Fantasy Suites week on the ABC program. The Fantasy Suite is the first and only chance for the lead and their potential spouses to talk privately without cameras, but it is also where some couples choose to consummate their relationship.
“Many people will be looking at that as do people my age still knock boots and have a good time behind closed doors,” Turner explained. “I mean your parents, do you see Mom and Dad come down the stairs with an extra spring in their step?”
The image was too much for Palmer to envision as he told Turner, “TMI, TMI, Gerry. Let’s just keep this on you.”
Bethenny Frankel
Bethenny Frankel told a tale of TMI after an interesting experience in TSA. In December, the “Real Housewives of New York City” alum claimed she was spotted in the airport security check after her vagina set off the metal detector.
“They were like, ‘Don’t worry, they’ll go through unless there’s metal in them,’” Frankel said about the incident on TikTok. “So I go through, and I beep.”
“Is it the jewelry?” an agent asked, to which Frankel, 53, claimed wouldn’t be the answer. “They said, ‘You’re still beeping.’ I had nothing on!”
“All of a sudden, you see the screen, and it just shows a square — a red square — over my vagina. And Bryn starts cracking up,” she said of her 13-year-old daughter. “And the woman looks at me, and she goes, ‘So yeah, I have to pat you down.’”
