Cardi B cleared of criminal battery in mike-throwing incident

Cardi B is probably feeling pretty up at the moment.

Las Vegas Police cleared the “Bodak Yellow” rapper of the criminal battery investigation Thursday stemming from her now-viral microphone-throwing incident.

“After a thorough review of this case and with the consultation from the Clark County District Attorney’s Office, this case has been closed as having insufficient evidence. No charges will be filed in relation to this case,” the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department told The Post in a statement.

The Grammy winner’s lawyers Drew Findling, David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld added in a statement to TMZ: “This afternoon we were notified by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Dept., that as a result of their investigation, there will be NO charges against Cardi. On behalf of Cardi, we appreciate the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Dept’s diligent and prompt resolution of this matter.”

The Post has contacted a rep for Cardi B for comment.

Last Saturday, the “Jealousy” rapper, 30, now infamously chucked her microphone at a spectator during her performance at Drai’s Beachclub in Sin City.

Fan-captured video shows a woman throwing an unidentified liquid with ice at Cardi and the performer retaliating by hurling her microphone at the culprit.

The microphone, however, apparently ricocheted and hit another person, who filed a police report.

The “WAP” rapper was then listed as a battery suspect, but police determined that Cardi did not commit a criminal offense.

Another video later surfaced where Cardi actually asked those in the audience to “splash” water “in [her] p – – – y” before the incident took place.

“That s – – t feels good,” she told the crowd as she bent over while fans threw water toward the stage.

The flying microphone is now being auctioned for charity on eBay.

Scott Fisher — whose company provided audio support for the show — listed the mike Tuesday morning.

As of Thursday evening, 124 bids have been made for the object, which is now up to $99,900.

“We provided more than one microphone for this particular show and verified with the in-house crew which one was specifically used by Cardi for the show,” Fisher wrote in the product’s description.

He added, “It was pretty easy to identify though as her mic was marked ‘main’. This is the mic that has been seen all over the country flying into the crowd after Cardi was splashed with some liquid. The mic still works as I tested it when it came back to the audio shop this afternoon (July 31).”

Cardi made headlines again Wednesday night after Las Vegas fans were stunned at the sight of her tampon string hanging out during a commando performance.
