12:13 – Feyenoord v Roma

A repeat of that Europa Conference final last year.

12:12 – Bayer Leverkusen v Union Saint-Gilloise

Decent draw for the Beligian surprise package

12:11 – Juventus v Sporting CP

The Cristiano Ronaldo derby as they are not calling it…

12:10 – Man Utd v Sevilla

United out first and up against Sevilla who have won this trophy SIX times and knocked United out in the semis in 2020.

Zoltan Gera, who helped Fulham reach the final of this competition back in 2010, is in the house for name-drawing fun

12:05 – Pedro GOAL-calves

Before the balls come out of the bowl, another chance to look at the absolute worldie from Pedro Gonçalves that helped Sporting knock out Arsenal…

12:00 – Here we go!

Is it me or is the Europa League theme actually a bit of a banger?

11:50 – Serie A threaten to do the Italian job?

As we’ve seen, there are three Italian sides gunning for Champions League glory, while there are also two further Serie A teams in the Europa League draw; Juventus and Roma.

The former, for all their domestic success are long overdue some European glory to celebrate and will see this as a great chance at a first continental prize since 1996.

Meanwhile, in the Roma dugout is a man whose reputation in European competition is second to none and having already won the Europa Conference League with the team last season, Jose Mourinho is gunning for the trophy he last won in 2017 when he was manager of none other than Manchester United.

Let’s face it, that’s the final we all want to see.

11.45 – More glory for United?

Having ended their trophy drought with the Carabao Cup, Manchester United have their eyes on more silverware this year and will be favourites of the final eight to win the Europa League.

Betis showed little resistance over two legs and having already eliminated Barcelona in the previous round, Erik ten Hag’s side will be confident of going all the way.

The only issue they might have is the pile-up of fixtures in the last two months of the season. United cant afford any slip-ups in the league as they battle for a top four finish and are also in the quarter-final of the FA Cup.

Squad depth at Old Trafford will play a key role in the coming weeks.

11:25 – Champions League semi-finals draw

On paper, Napoli have a golden chance to reach the final as, arguably, the three strongest sides will meet in the quarter-finals and semi-finals.

  • AC Milan/Napoli v Inter Milan/Benfica
  • Real Madrid/Chelsea v Man City/Bayern Munich

11:23 – Champions League quarter-finals draw

Some very fun ties for next month, here are the Champions League quarter-finals confirmed:

  • Real Madrid v Chelsea
  • Benfica v Inter Milan*
  • Man City v Bayern Munich
  • AC Milan v Napoli

*This tie has been reversed so Inter will be at home for the second leg since AC Milan and Inter cannot both play at home in the first legs.

11:21 – Final draw made

And the draw for the final has been made for organisational reasons. The winner of semi-final two will be seen as the home side for the final in Istanbul on June 10.

11:20 – Real Madrid/Chelsea v Man City/Bayern Munich

Should the two British sides get through their tough quarter-finals, they will meet in the semi-finals.

11:19 – AC Milan/Napoli v Inter Milan/Benfica

The first semi-final draw has been made and one of AC Milan, Napoli, Inter Milan and Benfica will be in the Champions League final.

11:18 – Straight into the semi-final draw we go!

No time for a rest here.

11:17 – AC Milan v Napoli

And of course that means it’s AC Milan v Napoli. A battle between the two Serie A sides in the Champions League quarter-finals.

11:16 – Man City v Bayern Munich

Pep Guardiola’s side have been drawn against Bayern Munich. It’s two really tough draws for the British sides. Wow!

11:15 – Inter Milan v Benfica

Inter Milan have got Benfica. Both sides will probably be quite happy with that.

11:14 – Real Madrid v Chelsea

The Champions League holders have drawn Chelsea! The last two winners of this famous competition will meet in the last eight.

11:13 – Draw begins

Here we go, the draw is now underway! The team drawn out first for each tie will be at home for the first leg.

Any team can draw anyone remember, let’s do this.

11:10 – Kluivert here as well!

Oh and a Dutch icon Patrick Kluivert is here too. What a lovely surprise!

11:07 – Altintop here to help with the draw

It wouldn’t be a Champions League draw without Giorgio Marchetti, Uefa deputy general secretary. Former Turkish international Hamit Altintop is also here to help make the draw in Nyon.

11:04 – Presentation underway

We have got the usual pre-draw proceedings underway so the quarter-finals draw will begin soon! Semi-finals draw to come as well.

10:58 – Chelsea go into quarter-finals as underdogs

It has been a difficult season for Chelsea but they have battled their way into the last eight after goals from Raheem Sterling and Kai Havertz saw them beat Borussia Dortmund over two legs.

Graham Potter will have been very relieved after that result after a run of poor results for Chelsea in January and February.

10:49 – Manchester City’s best chance for glory

The Champions League feels more open than previous years and Manchester City will be desperate to end their wait of winning the biggest title in Europe.

Pep Guardiola said he would be a “failure” should City not win the Champions League during his time at the club.

Erling Haaland shone in City’s second leg 7-0 thrashing of RB Leipzig by scoring five goals and might just make the difference on those big European nights in April, and possibly May.

10:40 – Can Napoli go all the way?

Napoli have never reached this stage of the Champions League, so they are in uncharted territory. Given their stunning form this season though, everyone will want to avoid them in the last eight.

If you didn’t know about Victor Osimhen and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia 12 months ago, you almost certainly will now.

The team’s form hasn’t been just down to them. Napoli are playing as a team and have huge momentum on their side.

10:30 – A free-for-all draw

Unlike the last 16 draw, teams from the same country CAN play each other from the quarter-finals onwards. This means Manchester City and Chelsea could meet in the last eight.

There are also no restrictions on teams who were in the same group, during the group stage, playing each other. So Bayern Munich and Inter Milan, for example, can draw one another.

10:15 – Champions League draws to come

Yep that’s right, the quarter-final and semi-final draws will both take place this morning so the eight remaining teams will find out their potential route to the final in Istanbul.

All of the action from the Champions League can be watched live and exclusive on BT Sport.
