Construction on lavish new mansion begins in place of Jeffrey Epstein’s Florida sex den
Palm Beach’s most notorious pervert has officially been pulverized.
Construction is advancing on a new 10,000-square foot mansion on the site of Jeffrey Epstein’s now-demolished Florida estate — where authorities said the late financier abused dozens of underaged girls during a decades-long reign of depravity.
Massachusetts venture capitalist David Skok — who bought the waterfront plot for $25.8 million in 2021 — already has his expansive foundation and framing in place, exclusive photos show.
Epstein — who committed suicide in a Manhattan jail cell in 2019 while facing a litany of sex abuse charges — paid $2.5 million for the home in 1990 and quickly became a fixture in the Sunshine State playground for the nation’s elite.
The predator used the 14,000-square-foot compound as a de facto headquarters for his sprawling web of exploitation — and was known to deploy his notorious associate Ghislaine Maxwell into local shopping malls to recruit young women.
After Epstein’s arrest, the 1953 home was put on the market and purchased by builder Todd Glaser in March 2020 for $19 million. He then razed the structure the following month.
Locals had clamored for its demolition, asserting that the property and its ugly associations were a blight on the community.
Lawrence Moens, the broker who handled that sale, told local outlets that he hoped the structure would get “wiped off the map” — and he eventually got his wish.
Proceeds from the sale went to compensate Epstein’s victims and to pay off portions of his tax debt.
Skok snapped up the property in late 2021 amid a Palm Beach real estate boom that saw the rich and notable storming into the area and paying record-breaking sums.
The Matrix Partners principal’s two-story home will feature six bedrooms, as well as a courtyard, library, pool, pavilion and direct water access, according to plans approved by local officials.
Palm Beach residents had long been scandalized by their unseemly association with Epstein, who filled his opulent six-bedroom lair with sex toys, explicit photos and numerous paintings of nude women.
A 2005 raid of the home also revealed a topless photo of Maxwell, who is now serving a 20-year term at a Tallahassee prison.
Maxwell was convicted of sex trafficking on Epstein’s behalf.
The late pedophile’s expansive real estate portfolio also included an Upper East Side townhouse that sold for $51 million in April 2021.
After several years on the market and a series of price cuts, a former property of Epstein’s in New Mexico — known as “Zorro’s Ranch” — finally found a buyer in July, the Post exclusively reported.
His infamous “pedophile island” in the Caribbean remains on the market.
