Eleanor Hunton Hoppe denied second bail request

The Virginia mother accused of organizing a twisted “daddy daughter” sex plot was denied a request to be freed from jail ahead of her trial after arguing that she’s “not particularly dangerous.”

Eleanor Hunton Hoppe’s Dec. 9 motion to be released from prison and live with her aunt before her child sex trial was denied on Dec. 15, according to The Daily Progress.

The accused pedophile also appears to be turning down a plea deal that was set to expire on Dec. 14, according to a federal motion concerning allegations that Hoppe is receiving poor medical treatment at the DC Department of Corrections.

The deal would have required her to plead guilty to enticing a minor.

The charge carries a mandatory minimum sentence of ten years in prison, the outlet reported.

It was the second time the 45-year-old had attempted to get out of jail following her March arrest at a Warrenton motel.

The Charlottesville-area woman was busted at the motel after she met an undercover FBI agent who she allegedly believed was a father requesting to have group sex with his 8-year-old daughter.

Hoppe had also been denied a pre-trail release in April when a judge dismissed her claim that she was an “upstanding citizen” because she went to college and had legal experience, calling her “a grave danger to the community.”

“She wants to be let out of jail, but nobody’s going to let her out of jail,” legal analyst David Heilberg told the outlet.

Hoppe was initially busted after sending the undercover agent a 30-second video containing explicit child sexual abuse after being ensnared by the FBI on a fetish site.

“Hey! Im a single mom raising two daughters in a very open mother daughter relationship. Im hoping to connect with similar families in VA through this forum…. Would be amazing to find a Father figure to make our family complete,” Hoppe had allegedly wrote, according to the outlet.

“Remember this is a special daddy daughter night no clothes needed,” Hoppe allegedly messaged the agent. “I’ll be the[r]e as soon as I can and I’ll get naked to[o].”

Hoppe was allegedly in possession of lubricant and a pink child’s garment matching a similar outfit that was promised to her when she arrived at the motel.

After being caught, she reportedly claimed she had traveled to Warrenton to prevent any child abuse.

Hoppe’s ex-husband, Joel Hoppe, is a magistrate judge in the Western District of Virginia.

After her arrest, Joel Hoppe won custody of the couple’s daughters, ages 10 and 12, according to The Roanoke Times.

Hoppe’s prominent Richmond family led Virginia’s second-largest law firm.

The accused pedophile was known as a fixture on the Albemarle County social scene before her arrest.
