Ex-Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade denies paying child support: filing

Scandal-riddled special prosecutor Nathan Wade — who was hired by former flame Fani Willis to handle an election-rigging case against former President Trump — has skimped out on paying child support and $4,400 for his estranged wife’s urgent medical procedures, according to a new divorce filing.

Jocelyn Wade accused her former husband Wednesday of refusing to hand over child support payments for their two kids, leaving them without money to pay rent and take care of Jocelyn’s medical issues.

“Defendant urgently requires medical procedures, namely an endoscopy, colonoscopy, and ultrasound, due to severe physical symptoms she has been enduring,” according to a new filing in the Superior Court of Cobb County.

“These symptoms have significantly impacted her ability to consume most foods, leading to a substantial weight loss.”

The already-thin ex-wife’s condition is worsening, leaving her with fears she might need “emergency intervention.”

The scathing accusations against Wade come just weeks after he resigned as the lead prosecutor on the Georgia election interference case against Trump.

Trump’s co-defendants accused Wade of carrying on an affair with Fulton County, Ga., District Attorney Fani Willis when she hired him as a team member, and then allegedly misused state and federal funds for personal reasons.

Wade — who was divorced in January — denied getting together with Willis until after he was brought on to the fraud case.

According to his ex-wife, Wade has refused to make good on the out-of-court divorce agreement he struck in order to avoid testifying in court about his affair with Willis.

Jocelyn Wade spent what money she had for surgery on their children after Nathan Wade suddenly cut his son and daughter off and told them to “get the money from your mother” the filing states.

The “sudden cessation of support” for their children has left her monthly income at less than $1,000 a month, Jocelyn claimed, adding that her declining health has made it impossible for her to work.

The neglected expenses also include payments Wade allegedly promised to his children after his separation from his wife.

Wade allegedly backpedaled on his promise to send money to his son, who is pursuing a career as a professional soccer player in Europe.

He also allegedly refused to pay his daughter’s rent, forcing Jocelyn to dig into her own expenses to cover her.

The prosecutor was also accused of reneging on his commitment to funding the girl — an aspiring medical student — as she begins preparing to take the MCAT exam.

“Demonstrating Defendant’s unwavering commitment to her children’s education and future, she promptly covered her daughter’s rent payment and has continued to do so every month thereafter with the money she receives in spousal support awarded her under the Temporary Order and Agreement,” the filing states.

Wade has allegedly promised to reimburse Jocelyn for the money she has supplied to make up for his broken promises, but the ex-wife said she needs him to pre-pay her medical expenses instead.

Her medical provider will not schedule her for further appointments unless she pays up front, she claims.

She and her lawyers are not demanding that Wade be jailed until he coughs up the cash for the child support payments and her medical expenses.
