Folarin Balogun will be joined on the way out of Arsenal by defender Kieran Tierney, as they look set to join Monaco and Real Sociedad, respectively.

“Arsenal duo Folarin Balogun and Kieran Tierney are both set for medicals ahead of their prospective moves away from the Premier League,” claims the Mail.

“Striker Balogun will undergo medical tests ahead of his £38.5m move to Ligue 1 side AS Monaco after impressing in the same league last year.

“The 22-year-old had a strong loan at Reims last year, scoring 21 goals and finishing fifth in the race for the golden boot.

“Meanwhile, Scotland international Tierney is also nearing an exit from North London as he will undergo a medical before joining La Liga side Real Sociedad on loan.”

United set to miss out on Amrabat

Napoli could be the team that finally land Moroccan midfielder Sofyan Amrabat from Serie A side Fiorentina.

“Manchester United could miss out on Sofyan Amrabat thanks to interest from a European rival,” reports The Sun.

“Amrabat has been linked with The Red Devils since the Qatar World Cup.

“However, Financial Fair Play issues have stalled the club’s pursuit.

“And they could miss the punch entirely with Napoli now considering a bid for the midfielder.

“Napoli missed out on signing Gabri Veiga to Saudi Arabia – a move branded “embarrassing” by Real Madrid star Toni Kroos.”

Henderson set for United exit

The Mirror reports that Dean Henderson is set to leave for Crystal Palace in the coming days, with Altay Bayindir his likely replacement.

“Dean Henderson is expected to sign for Crystal Palace after Manchester United gave him permission to have a medical following their clash with Nottingham Forest,” the paper states.

“Henderson, 26, will travel to South London on Saturday night to complete a transfer which should prompt The Red Devils to sign a new backup goalkeeper, Fenebahce’s Altay Bayindir. The Turkey international has himself undergone medical tests with United staff, taking place in Greece earlier this week amid reports that Erik ten Hag’s side were also weighing up a move for Benfica shot-stopper Odysseas Vlachodimos.

“It’s unknown whether or not Henderson’s departure will initially be on loan or immediately permanent. Forest themselves, who took a surprise 2-0 lead within four minutes during their trip to Old Trafford on Saturday, were keen to sign the 26-year-old following a positive loan spell last season but couldn’t agree a deal with United.”
