Frank Lampard set to return to Chelsea as caretaker manager until the end of the season
Chelsea are set to re-hire Frank Lampard as interim manager until the end of the 2022-23 season.
Lampard was manager of Chelsea for one-and-a-half years before he was sacked and replaced by Thomas Tuchel.

Co-sporting directors Laurence Stewart and Paul Winstanley are leading the search for Chelsea’s next permanent boss before the decision will ultimately be made by co-owners Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali.
