Get tickets to see Megan Fox speak in NYC

Your favorite “Transformers” star just transformed into your favorite new poet.

In early November, Megan Fox is releasing her first collection of poetry, “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.”

“My freedom lives in these pages,” the “Jennifer’s Body” actress said about the book.

“I hope that my words can inspire others to take back their happiness and their identity by using their voice to illuminate what’s been buried, but not forgotten, in the darkness.”

To promote the 70+ poems within the book, Fox will discuss “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous” with a special guest at New York City’s Racket on Tuesday, Nov. 7, at 8 p.m.

All guests in attendance will receive a copy of “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.”

No word on whether or not her fiancé Machine Gun Kelly, aka Colson Baker, will be in attendance.

About “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous”

The collection of poetry marks Fox’s literary debut.

In “PBAP,” she showcases her wicked humor through heartbreaking and dark poetry. Over the course of 70+ poems, Fox chronicles all the ways in which we fit ourselves into the shape of the ones we love, even if it means losing ourselves in the process.

“These poems were written in an attempt to excise the illness that had taken root in me because of my silence,” Fox shared.

“I’ve spent my entire life keeping the secrets of men; my body aches from carrying the weight of their sins.”
