Get tickets to Seth Meyers, John Oliver 2024 Beacon Theatre residency

Midway through the WGA strike this summer, Seth Meyers and John Oliver co-headlined a three-night residency at New York City’s Beacon Theatre.

And even though their respective talk shows are back on the air post-strike, the two have still found time in their busy schedules to return to the Upper West Side next year.

Starting Jan. 14, 2024 and running all the way up until June 16, the former “Strike Force Five” podcast hosts will conduct a six-show, monthly stand-up comedy residency at New York City’s Beacon Theatre.

Fans that attend these live shows can expect a looser version of the hosts than what you typically see on air.

“Both delivered punchy, quick-witted sets that wandered a bit, enough to make you want more,” wrote The New York Times’ Jason Zinoman about one of the August shows.

“A little less controlled presentation perhaps and more mess.”

If seeing Meyers and Oliver loosen up onstage sounds like the show for you, we’re here to let know that you can grab your tickets for next year’s shows as early as today.

Although inventory isn’t available on Ticketmaster until Friday, Oct. 13, fans who want to ensure they have tickets ahead of time can purchase on sites like Vivid Seats before tickets are officially on sale.

Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

They have a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and will be delivered before the event.

“Strike Force Five”

In late August, Meyers and Oliver teamed up with Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon to co-host a podcast.

Over 12 episodes, the five dish on inside baseball topics — did you know Colbert’s Ed Sullivan Theatre is notoriously cold? Or that Lorne Michaels told Meyers he would find his voice 18 months into the show — rib each other, invite guests like Jon Stewart and David Letterman all while raising money for their writing staffs while they were on strike.

If this sounds like the show for you, you can listen to “Strike Force Five” here.

Hint: Episodes five and seven are, pound for pound, our favorites.
