Giro d’Italia 2023 Stage 3: How to watch, TV and live stream details, route map and profile, when race starts

The third stage of the Giro d’Italia will take riders from Vasto to Melfi, with Remco Evenepoel once again in the leader’s jersey.

Evenepoel, Primoz Roglic and Geraint Thomas are among the big names that will be covering the hilly 216km stage, with more to come in the fourth ahead of a summit finish in the latter.

In Saturday’s opening stage, Evenepoel threw down a marker which earned him the first pink jersey as overall leader – his maiden maglia rosa.

Sunday’s second stage was one for the sprinters, albeit it was a finish reduced in numbers due to a crash with 4km remaining.

Evenepoel, Roglic and Thomas avoided the crash and will look to make an impression in the finish to Stage 3 which features a short, sharp climb.
