Guy Fieri, 55, brings on ‘heat’ with sweaty, shirtless photo

Guy Fieri is heating up Flavor Town with a sweaty, shirtless selfie.

The 55-year-old “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” host posted the photo from a sauna on Friday as he prepares for his son Ryder’s 18th birthday on New Year’s Eve.

“Last workout of the year followed up with hot sauna and cold plunge. Hope everyone has great holidays!!” he wrote.

The restaurateur’s signature bleach-blonde hair was slicked back with sweat and sticking up on the sides and on top of his head. The picture also showcased Fieri’s hairy chest and upper arm tattoos.

In another photo, Fieri documented the sauna’s rising temperature at 176 degrees Fahrenheit.

“Bring on the heat!!” he wrote.

Fieri and his wife, Lori, are also parents to their older son, Hunter, 27, and helped raise his nephew, Jules, 22, since Guy’s sister, Morgan, died in 2011.

Earlier this month, the Food Network host made headlines when he claimed he won’t leave his fortune to his kids and wants them to get multiple college degrees to be self-sufficient.

“I’ve told them the same thing my dad told me. My dad says, ‘When I die, you can expect that I’m going to die broke, and you’re going to be paying for the funeral,’” he told Fox News.

“And I told my boys, ‘None of this that we’ve been … that I’ve been building are you going to get unless you come and take it from me.,’” Fieri added.

One thing’s for sure — Ryder won’t be getting a lot of money for his birthday.

“My youngest son, Ryder, is a senior in high school getting ready to graduate, or you know, going to graduate in the spring,” Fieri told the outlet. “And he’s like, ‘Dad this is so unfair. I haven’t even gone to college yet, and you’re already pushing that I’ve got to get an MBA? Can I just get through college?’”

In fact, Fieri previously told People that Ryder bought Hunter’s old pickup truck for his 17th birthday gift.

“Hunter wanted my truck, so Hunter bought my truck, and we made Ryder buy Hunter’s truck,” Fieri said, explaining that he and his wife put up half of the money.

“We had taken the truck from Hunter, taken it to the detail shop, had it all gone through, and made it Ryder’s truck and a couple of my buddies come driving up the driveway and honked the horn. He lost it,” he recalled. “I’ve never seen him happier about a gift he was getting.”
