‘Happy camper’ Jane Seymour, 72, having ‘passionate’ sex

Jane Seymour is spicing up her love life.

The former Bond girl, 72, recently dished that her sex-capades with boyfriend John Zambetti, 73, are still so “passionate” at their age.

The British actress opened up about their relationship in an essay for Cosmopolitan’s Sex After 60 issue.

“Sex right now is more wonderful and passionate than anything I ever remember because it is built on trust, love, and experience,” Seymour wrote.

She continued to note how she now “knows myself and my body.”

“John has had his own experiences in his life — it’s not like when you’re younger,” she said.

“Your sex life doesn’t need to end at 60. At the end of the day, everyone is looking for something that puts blood into a certain area.”

The “Wedding Crashers” alum added: “When you can figure that out, well, you’re going to be a happy camper.”

Seymour and her beau announced they were dating in October 2023 in a cute Instagram photo.

She is a mother four and has also been married four times prior.

The “Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman” alum wrote how as one gets older, sex becomes more about emotions.

“The older I get, the more sex is built on emotional intimacy, on having shared the ups and downs of life with someone—our feelings, our joys, our sadness, our mutual passions, and desire,” she said.

Seymour continued: “The crazy thing is, right now, I feel like I’m both experienced and 16 years old. I truly feel sex and intimacy is better at my age than it ever was before.”

“I actually mean that. And it took being single after my marriages to learn that I don’t have to disappear for sex and romance to click.”

She expressed how after her last relationship ended, she was focused on being single and enjoying things by herself such as traveling to Greece and Iceland.

With her past affairs, she often forgot to put herself first.

“After more than five decades of being coupled up – in four marriages, a few long-term partnerships, and plenty of dates — my last breakup sparked an epiphany: Whenever I was with someone, I’d vanish in the relationship,” she stated.

However, when she met Zambetti, she was “happily alone” and was “not not eagerly looking” for a relationship.

Seymour dished that because Zambetti was “immediately exposed to who I really am” when she was pleasantly single, he “still appreciated me” and wanted to be with her.
