How Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ Giancola applied to be on ‘Jersey Shore’

She’s the sweetest bitch you’ll ever meet.

Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola is revealing how she first applied to be a part of “Jersey Shore.”

“When I was 21, I was in a house with a bunch of friends in Belmar, New Jersey, and they were passing along this survey to fill out, the final weekend at the shore,” she told The Post ahead of the Season 7 premiere of “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” on Feb. 8.

“And I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, this is our life. We should just fill it out and then send our picture.’ And that’s basically what I did. And the next thing you know, I was going on interviews and I actually had no idea what I was really doing until I showed up in the house.”

The reality show ran from 2009 to 2012 on MTV. Its spinoff, “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation,” debuted in 2018, but Giancola, 36, didn’t return until last season.

She admitted that she never thought she’d still be filming with her co-stars 15 years later.

“When I did it, I was just young and having fun and partying at the shore. And I was like, ‘How cool. This is what I do on the weekends anyway,’” Giancola recalled.

“I had no idea it would turn into something that is today at all.”

Although she said it wasn’t ideal to film the new season with her ex, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, she teased that her current boyfriend, Justin May, will be prominently featured on the series this time around.

“You’re going to see Justin a lot this season, a lot more than last,” she said.

The pair didn’t make any Valentine’s Day plans yet, but Giancola said she will be happy with whatever they choose to do.

“I think my boyfriend’s working, so we’ll probably just go out to dinner or something,” she said.

“I’m not big on Valentine’s Day. I love love. And I like to just celebrate love for sure. But I think when it comes to Valentine’s Day, I’m like, ‘We don’t have to get each other gifts. I’m good with a card or making dinner at home,’” Giancola explained. “So I really don’t know what we’re going to do yet. Maybe my boyfriend will surprise me with something.”

As for her future plans, Giancola might pen a memoir one day.

“I almost feel like I should write a book,” she told The Post. “I feel like a lot went on in my life for the past 14 years.”

Getting married and becoming a mom is also on her bucket list.

“I would love to have a family one day and get married,” Giancola said. “But I kind of take things day by day. And whatever’s in the cards for me, whatever plays out, I’m just going to go with it.”
