How to buy tickets, prices, dates

Zac Brown had a big year this past week.

Fresh off an engagement to actress-model-stuntwoman Kelly Yazdi, the prolific country singer announced he and his band are returning to the road in 2023 with the upcoming 27-concert “From The Fire Tour” from June 23 through Nov. 4.

Of course, this flurry of news came after the Zac Brown Band wrapped their massive 2022 “In The Middle Tour” in November that took them to stadiums all over the country.

“This past year was monumental, and we’re thrilled to bring all that momentum with us into 2023,” Brown said in a press release. “We can’t wait to be back on the road with our fans.”

While out and about pounding the pavement, Brown and co. will stop into huge locales like Wantagh, NY’s Northwell Health at Jones Beach Theater on Sept. 16 and Sept. 17 as well as Holmdel, NJ’s PNC Bank Arts Center on Oct. 7.

Plus, ZBB will be joined by country mainstays Marcus King, Tenille Townes and King Calaway on select dates of the tour.

Now, if you’re as excited as we are to get “Chicken Fried” next year and can’t wait until tickets officially go on sale, tickets for the show closest to you can be snatched up as early as today.

While inventory isn’t available on Ticketmaster until Friday, Dec. 16, folks who want to ensure they have tickets ahead of time can go ahead and purchase on Vivid Seats before seats are officially on sale.

Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

They have a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and will be delivered before the event.

Just a few of the biggest names set to play this year’s event alongside Zac Brown Band include James Taylor, Sheryl Crow and Imagine Dragons. You can keep tabs on all SummerFest performers’ concerts here.

Later in the summer, ZBB will perform with at Chicago’s Windy City Smokeout which takes place July 13-16. The country-focused fest lists Zach Bryan, Darius Rucker and Luke Bryan in the lineup’s top spots.

Zac Brown Band opening acts

As noted earlier, Zac Brown and co. will be flanked by some of the best in country music on their upcoming tour.

Here’s a quick intro to each artist if you’re not familiar with their work.

Marcus King is only 26 but has a voice with soul beyond his years as evidenced by the heartfelt single “Wildflowers & Wine.” His 2020 album “El Dorado” was nominated for Best Americana Album at the Grammy Awards. King’s most recent record, 2022’s “Young Blood,” debuted at number one on the Billboard Top Blues Albums Chart.

Tenille Townes hails from Canada, has been playing music since 2009 and received a nomination for a Canadian Country Music Award at the tender age of 17. Although she has a number of great tracks to choose from, we suggest you try out the acoustic “Where Are You.” Warning: You may get goosebumps from her intimate, soul-baring warble.

King Calaway is laid back. The four-member American-Gibraltaian country band has been playing together since 2018 and has quickly risen the ranks of the music industry food chain. Over the course of their short time together, the quarter has served as the support act for major stars like Garth Brooks, Rascal Flatts and Gabby Barrett on their tours.

Zac Brown Band engagement

On Dec. 8, news broke that the 44-year-old Zac Brown had proposed to his 31-year-old girlfriend Kelly Yazdi.

“He proposed in Hawaii a while ago,” one source told People Magazine. “It was very intimate and the couple has kept it very private.”

Over the course of her career, Yazdi has made appearances in television shows “Hawaii Five-O” and “Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Ranch Challenge” as well as the films “The Martial Arts Kid” and “Herb Ritts: L.A. Style.”

Prior to this relationship, Brown was married to jewelry designer Shelly Brown. The couple split after 12 years of marriage. They have five children together.
