I only wash my bra once a year

She’s got a dirty secret to get off her chest.

Catie, also known as average_at_best_ on TikTok, said she washes her bra just once a year and other TikTokers admitted to washing their undergarments as infrequently.

Catie shared her secret in response to a TikTok video by Renee Hogan, who asked her viewers, “How often do you guys wash your bras? Sometimes I go a week without washing my bra.”

In Catie’s video response, Catie flashed a sheepish face when Hogan shared her weekly washing schedule.

When commenter Kikiwould wrote she launders her bra “Once a year,” Catie replied with: “I’d put myself on a level close to this. Lol.”

Other’s jokingly chimed in admitting they don’t have a regular washing schedule. 

“Once every solar eclipse at this point ,” wrote Bruh. 

“I literally wash mine maybe once or twice a year,” said kassityknox. 

“i literally. do. NOT ,” added Amanda. 

The lack of hygiene left some TikToker’s heads in a spin cycle. 

“are you guys just not stinky at the end of a workday? Like I know that if I smell then my bra also smells at least a little. 3 days is pushing it ,” wrote five.head.freak. 

“Every 3 days ,” motivated said of how often she washes her bras. 

“i have superrrrr sensitive skin so i always have to wash mine ,” said shawty super fly.

While some don’t launder their bras for a year, other social media users admitted to not showering for days on end. 

Earlier this year, TikToker Aydan Jane said she showers just once every 10 days.
