Dominic Dale said he was “thunderstruck” by the decision of Shaun Murphy and Hossein Vafaei to call for a re-rack in the third frame of their UK Championship last 16 battle. It left Eurosport co-commentator Dale baffled. He said: “You’re in the middle of a tactical exchange, why would you have a re-rack in a situation like that? That’s not a stalemate, surely.”
