Jamie Foxx’s health is ‘not 100%’ yet amid recent sightings: report

Despite Jamie Foxx’s recent outings in Chicago, the “Ray” star is still “not 100%” recovered from his unspecified “medical complication.”

A source told Us Weekly on Thursday, “Jamie is doing so much better and he’s starting to feel like himself again. He’s not 100% and is still taking things easy, but he’s definitely on the road to recovery.”

The 55-year-old “Blame It” singer also “has a huge support system around him and his friends and family are making sure that he doesn’t take on too much,” the insider added.

In April, Foxx suffered an unknown medical emergency while filming “Back In Action” in Atlanta alongside Cameron Diaz.

The incident did not happen on set.

He has since been recovering at a Chicago physical rehab facility that specializes in stroke recovery, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and cancer rehabilitation.

US Weekly’s source claims that Foxx is now “feeling really good and is excited to get back to work once the time is right.”

The Post has contacted reps for Foxx for comment.

On Saturday, Foxx was spotted at Topgolf in Naperville, Ill., where an eyewitness told TMZ that the ailing actor “was better than the people with whom he was competing.”

The Oscar winner also flashed a peace sign at fans on Sunday while cruising down the Chicago River on a boat.

He also tweeted that day for the first time since his health scare, writing, “Boat life. Celebrating summer with @brownsugarbbn Stay blessed!”

On Monday, Foxx heroically retrieved a woman’s purse in Chicago, allegedly telling her that “he feels good.”

The public sighting comes after an insider dished to People on June 29 that, “He is getting the best care and working hard to recover right now, but he is still not himself.”

Last week, John Boyega and Teyonah Parris, who star alongside Foxx in the upcoming Netflix mystery “They Cloned Tyrone,” claimed they spoke to Foxx and he is “all good.”
