Jenna Bush Hager, Hoda Kotb defend ‘Today’ stylist Talia Parkinson-Jones
They need to zip it!
Jenna Bush Hager is defending Talia Parkinson-Jones — the stylist for Bush Hager and Hoda Kotb on the “Today” show — after trolls called for Parkinson-Jones to be fired.
The co-anchors participated in the show’s recurring “Choose the Look” segment on Wednesday — Parkinson-Jones lets fans choose the outfits the women should wear on the air.
Fans selected a multicolored bodycon dress for Bush Hager, 41, and a beige sleeveless turtleneck with a white vegan leather midi skirt for Kotb, 59.
Several Instagram users slammed the choices from Parkinson-Jones, an executive producer on the show.
“Poor Jenna — do y’all hate her?! Sheesh!” one exclaimed.
“Who is picking out these clothes!! Both Hoda & Jenna need to find a new stylist!” another declared.
“Oh my gosh Seriously?? This is just sad. Honestly, are mature Chic women running this behind the scenes or is it high school girls?” another asked.
One fan even begged Kotb to “call in sick!!!!” to avoid a fashion disaster.
Despite the critiques, Kotb and Bush Hager still wore the chosen outfits Thursday.
“Thank you Talia, and Talia, I hope you didn’t read the comments, because they weren’t true,” Bush Hager told Parkinson-Jones.
Kotb did not seem to understand what Bush Hager meant.
“Well, people said, ‘Fire the stylist,’ and we don’t want you to go anywhere,” Bush Hager informed her.
Parkinson-Jones claimed she wasn’t concerned with people who were “hating” — and said the co-hosts “look fabulous.”
“The proof is in the pudding,” Bush Hager added.
The Post has contacted reps for Bush Hager and Kotb for comment.
