Jennifer Lopez, sister Lynda hit Met Gala party together
She’s still “Jenny From the Block” — and if you don’t believe it, just ask Jennifer Lopez’s little sis, Lynda Lopez.
The “Hustlers” star, 53, and her lookalike sibling, 51, had some fun when they appeared together Monday at Stella McCartney and Baz Luhrmann’s 2023 Met Gala afterparty.
Lynda shared a couple of snaps from the glamorous night on the town, including a pic of her snuggling up to the “I’m Real” singer.
“#Aboutlastnight Stayed up late wayyyy too many nights this week… #mamasnightout,” the journalist captained her Instagram post Tuesday.
The sibling duo matched in black silk looks, glowing makeup and sleek brunette hairdos.
For the main event at the Metropolitan Museum of Art held earlier that evening, J.Lo sported a black and ballet pink-colored Ralph Lauren frock alongside a cute fascinator hat.
Jennifer’s vocal coach Stevie Mackey was her plus one on the Met Gala red carpet.
“The Mother” star’s husband, Ben Affleck, was unable to attend fashion’s biggest night due to “work commitments he could not get out of” in Los Angeles, according to the Daily Mail.
Jennifer and Lynda have always seemed close, with the latter penning a beautiful tribute to her older sibling for her birthday in July 2021.
Alongside a selfie of the pair, Lynda wrote: “My original BFF, I love you more than words can say.”
“Not only are you the most fun, and my ride or die, You light the world and show me what’s possible and are my inspiration always. Sometimes I can’t believe I was so lucky that God put the beautiful soul that is you into my life,” she added.
The “AOC: The Fearless Rise and Powerful Resonance of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez” author and the “Shotgun Wedding” actress also have a younger sister named Leslie Ann.
Lynda has also dipped her toes in Hollywood and is a co-founder of the company Nuyorican Productions, alongside Lopez and talent manager Benny Medina.
The trio opened the production banner in 2001 and have created features such as the CW series “South Beach” and the movie “El Cantante.”
Lynda is also single mom to her 14-year-old daughter Lucie. Lopez praised her sister in a 2013 interview with Cosmopolitan about being a solo parent.
“I just love and respect her so much. She’s a single mom but not like I’m a single mom,” Lopez said. “I have a lot of help — she doesn’t.”
“I always ask, ‘Do you need anything?’” Lopez added about trying to help out her sister. “And she’s like, ‘I’m good.’ But I know she’s exhausted.”
The Bronx native is a mom to twins Max and Emme, with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
