‘Jersey Shore’ star Vinny Guadagnino buys $3.43M NYC pad
Vinny Guadagnino of “Jersey Shore” fame has shelled out $3.43 million for a sprawling two-bedroom, three-bathroom Manhattan apartment.
Located in upscale Soho, the unit comes with windows galore boasting magnificent city views, including vistas of the Hudson River and One World Trade.
The “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” star, who hails from Staten Island, closed on the home on May 13, records show.
“Enjoy elevated loft-like living in the sky” the previous listing notes.
Features of the residence include an open layout design with floor-to-ceiling windows, 10-foot-high ceilings, a Lutron smart lighting system and electronic shades in every room.
Spanning 1,250 square feet, the open chef’s kitchen comes with a four-burner gas range with a built-in vented hood, a convection oven and a speed oven.
The two bedrooms are on opposite sides for optimal privacy. Both ensuite bathrooms are built with marble and have a window. The primary ensuite bathroom features a deep soaking tub and heated floors.
Meanwhile, the self-described “keto Guido” can also take advantage of the building’s amenities — which include a landscaped outdoor terrace, a fitness center, a 24-hour lobby service and a super.
The move comes after Guadagnino decided to part ways with his Los Angeles home he bought before deciding the West Coast vibe wasn’t really for him.
The 34-year-old ended up selling the home for $3.85 million, $355,000 more than he paid for it just nine months prior.
Katherine Middleton with Serhant held the listing.
Season 5 of the “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” airs on MTV at 8 p.m. EST.
