Jodie Turner-Smith has filed for divorce from Joshua Jackson after more than three years of marriage, TMZ reports.

According to court documents, the model and actress is asking for joint custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Juno.

The “Dawson’s Creek” alum and Turner-Smith began dating after they were spotted at Usher’s 40th birthday party in October 2018. Their relationship kicked off following his 10-year romance with Diane Kruger, who moved on with Norman Reedus.

“When I first met my husband, we had a one-night stand,” Turner-Smith revealed on “Late Night with Seth Meyers” in 2021. “We’re in a two, three-year one-night stand now.”

In December 2019, it was confirmed that they secretly married. They welcomed their little girl in April 2020.
