John Boyega claims he spoke with Jamie Foxx, says he’s ‘good’

John Boyega and Teyonah Parris — Jamie Foxx’s co-stars in the eerie upcoming Netflix mystery “They Cloned Tyrone” — gave fans of the “Blame It” singer a health update following his mystery medical complication.

ET Canada recently asked the duo if they’d spoken to Foxx, 55.

“Yeah. He’s all good. He’s all good,” Boyega, 31, claimed. “So we’re just going to wait for him to reappear when he wants to. You know, privacy and all.”

Parris, 35, added: “Giving people space to heal how they need to do.”

The Post has contacted reps for Foxx, Boyega and Parris for comment.

On June 14, Boyega revealed he had difficulty getting in touch with Foxx.

“I’ve been calling, I’m just gonna keep on calling. He better pick up. Come on Jamie!” Boyega pleaded in an interview with “Entertainment Tonight.”

“I know he’s dealing with what he’s dealing with, and we just wish him all the best.”

But on June 28, Boyega happily shared that Foxx “finally picked up the phone.”

“I gave him the well wishes directly. I gave him all the well wishes. So I’m just gonna be waiting until he comes back out here. So take your time, Jamie. We love you, bro,” he recalled saying to the “Ray” star.

Last week, a source close to Foxx claimed that the actor is “still not himself” after suffering a still-unknown illness in April that landed him in the hospital.

Meanwhile, Foxx’s family has been spotted coming and going from a Chicago rehab center that specializes in stroke recovery, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and cancer rehabilitation.

“They Cloned Tyrone” premieres July 21 on Netflix.
