Kate Middleton is ‘worried’ about bandaged finger at wheelchair rugby

Ouch! Kate Middleton was spotted with bandaged fingers on Wednesday while meeting with the Disability Rugby League players during a wheelchair rugby game.

The Princess of Wales, 41, donned a navy polo and jeans for the sports event while her injured hand was wrapped with white plaster.

“I’m worried about [my] finger,” she can be seen saying in a video obtained by the Daily Mail. “I’ll try.”

Last month, Middleton was also seen wearing Band-Aids on the same two fingers while visiting High Down Prison in Surrey.

The incident was due to jumping on a trampoline with children Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5.

The Duchess of Cambridge has bandaged her hand on more than one occasion. On June 3, 2022, she also wore a wrap on her thumb when attending the Service of Thanksgiving to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II. In May 2019, she sported another band on her thumb at the Chelsea Flower Show.

She aided in packing up boxes with food and supplies for those stationed in Ukraine, and helped to conduct an arts and crafts class with refugee children.

It was announced on Sept. 29 that Middleton will not be joining her husband, Prince William, in Singapore for the 2023 Earthshot Prize Awards Ceremony in November. She will stay home in England with their children as they study up for school exams.

According to the Mirror, “Kate does not want to disturb the youngsters’ schooling and works hard to ensure the trio have a stable home life in preparation for their royal careers later down the line.”

One insider close to Middleton noted to the Daily Beast on Friday that she “is tirelessly working on behalf of the monarchy.”

“The fact is that her youngest child is 5, so I don’t think she should be expected to hop on a plane every two minutes,” the source added of the royal’s absence.

Middleton previously attended the ceremony in 2021 and 2022. William created the Earthshot Prize in 2020 to spread awareness abut environmental changes.
