Kate Middleton’s adorable reaction to being interrupted by a baby’s burp

Kate Middleton got in a laugh at an event on Thursday when a child let out a dainty belch in front of the British royal.

The Duchess of Cambridge, 41, let out a guffaw at the baby burp during a visit with healthcare workers and parents in Nuneaton, England, and congratulated the infant

“Well done you!” she told the kid, as others who were also in the room at the Riversley Children’s and Families Centre then doubled over in laughter.

The Princess of Wales had journeyed to the English town to discuss a new project she intends to fund through the Royal Foundation for Early Years Development. The charity’s initiative is testing out a program to help assess babies’ wellness.

The mother of three donned a summery green and white floral dress, paired with bright white pumps and a purse, and finished off with pear-shaped emerald drop earrings.

Since wedding Prince William back in April 2011, Middleton has developed a reputation for being gracious with the public, making many appearances at royal engagements over the years.

However, she “wasn’t always comfortable” undertaking events at the beginning of her life as a queen-in-waiting.

Expert Rebecca English has recently alleged that Middleton has not “always been the strongest communicator.” English is the DailyMail’s royal editor and appeared in the publication’s Palace Confidential series to provide insight into Middleton’s path to the crown.

“It’s been a learning curve for her. I don’t think she’s necessarily always been comfortable with that,” Smith explained.

Middleton and William, 40, are also currently in the midst of a housing issue, as they previously made the transition from their larger Norfolk home, Amber Hall, to their “smaller” abode at Adelaide Cottage.

The couple is being forced to stay in the “cramped” four-bedroom home at Windsor with their children Prince George, 9, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5.

The compact space is unsuitable to have guests over and there is no room to implement an office.

An insider divulged to OK! recently that the family will stay at the residence, despite previously wanting to move into Prince Andrew’s longtime abode, the Royal Lodge.

The source noted: “[Buckingham Palace] originally wanted Andrew out of Royal Lodge so that the property could be renovated and prepared for new lodgers.”

“The Prince and Princess of Wales desperately want a larger property for their family in the Windsor area and discussions were originally focused on putting them in there,” they said.

The Duke of York, 63, has been living at the Royal Lodge with his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson since 2002 and does not want to leave.

His brother, King Charles, has been trying to get him to vacate the $46 million mansion since April.
