Kelly Ripa joins Madonna for risque ‘Vogue’ performance during ‘Celebration’ tour

She was asked to strike a pose.

Kelly Ripa became the latest celebrity to be called upon to help Madonna judge her backup dancer’s ability to vogue during a segment of her “Celebration” tour at Madison Square Garden on Monday.

Ripa, 53, was seen rushing to join the Queen of Pop, 65, on stage during the raunchy interlude while holding up a No. 10 scorecard.

In a video uploaded to X (formerly Twitter), the daytime talk show host, who donned a black satin pantsuit and a furry purple belt, was spotted hugging Madonna, who complimented her surprise guest in a bedazzling silver and black corset and shimmering high heels.

The show, which was emceed by former “RuPaul’s Drag Race” champ Bob the Drag Queen, also featured Madonna’s daughter — Estere — who closed out the competition by showing off her own moves.

The “Like A Virgin” singer then hugged Ripa and snapped a quick photo before finishing her iconic tune.

This is not the first time Ripa and Madonna have met.

The singer appeared on “Live with Regis and Kelly” in 2003, with Ripa managing to snap a picture with the Material Girl while she held the talk show hosts’ son, Joaquin, at the time.

Several X users were quick to comment on the interaction on Monday night.

“Good to see, she’s a loyal fan,” one user commented.

“Kelly was the best last night,” said a second person.

“Kelly deserves it,” a third fan gushed. “She’s a true fan for decades!! It’s kinda a dream come true for her after Anderson Cooper was invited on stage in Rebel Heart Tour.”

A fourth fan noted that “you can tell Kelly was super nervous,” adding “that hug at the end shows you how much she loves her…and she deserved it.”

Madonna has been hosting several celebrities during her whopping 79-stop tour.

Last week, Amy Schumer, Julia Garner, Julia Fox, FKA twigs, Debi Mazar, Charlie Hunnam, Stella McCartney, Donatella Versace, Jean Paul Gaultier and Diplo all attended her shows.

Despite all the glitz and glamour of the tour, Madonna is currently facing a lawsuit from angry attendees who claim the songstress delayed the show by two hours during her stop at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center.

The lawsuit claims that the show, which was advertised to begin at 8:30 p.m., didn’t actually get underway until 10:45 p.m.

Michael Fellows of Brooklyn and Jonathan Hadden of The Bronx, the two men who filed the motion at the Brooklyn Federal court, argued that due to the delay, they didn’t get out of the event until after 1 a.m. This left them “confronted with limited public transportation, limited ride-sharing, and increased public and private transportation costs at that late hour.”

“In addition, many ticketholders who attended concerts on a weeknight had to get up early to go to work and/or take care of their family responsibilities the next day,” the complaint claims.

Since filing the motion, Madonna’s rep and Live Nation have clapped back, stating: “Madonna’s just completed, sold-out 2023 Celebration Tour in Europe received rave reviews.”

“The shows opened in North America at Barclays in Brooklyn as planned, with the exception of a technical issue Dec. 13 during soundcheck,” the statement reads. “This caused a delay that was well documented in press reports at the time. We intend to defend this case vigorously.”
