Live updates as Donald Trump testifies in NYC

Former president Donald Trump has arrived at a Manhattan courthouse to take the stand in his defense in the blockbuster $250 million fraud case accusing him, two of his sons and the Trump Organization of a decades-long fraud scheme. 

Daughter Ivanka is slated to testify as the state’s final witness on Wednesday.

The three Trump men are accused of a decades-long scheme in which New York State AG Letitia James alleges the ex-commander in chief “grossly” exaggerated his net worth by as much as $3.6 billion a year.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Engoron will decide the outcome of the non-jury trial, which is scheduled to run through December.
