Lopez tells crowd to 'boo all you want' after controversial title defence against Ortiz
“Teofimo Lopez successfully retained his WBO world light-welterweight title on Thursday night in Las Vegas, but his victory was not without controversy as defeated opponent Jamaine Ortiz said he thought he “won the fight”. A unanimous points decision handed victory to Lopez, but there were boos from the crowd about the call and Ortiz called a 117-111 scorecard “ridiculous.””
