Los Angeles squatter rents out Hollywood mansion to OnlyFans models

A Los Angeles squatter turned a luxury Hollywood Hills mansion into an OnlyFans studio when he broke into the house, changed the locks and created a fake lease, before renting rooms out for the adult-content models.

Real estate agents Emily Randall Smith and her husband arrived at the 7-bedroom home in January to organize an open house when they became aware of the squatters’ presence, according to Fox 11.

“We walked up the property and the lock box was cut off. And there was a mailbox someone had ordered and put up. Like that was very weird, that was not here before,” Randall Smith told the outlet.

Randall Smith’s husband then spotted a stranger sleeping inside the home when he peeked through a window.

The couple were forced to call the local police, who were unable to remove the unwanted man from the home.

A second call was made to 911 when the man left the house, and the responding officers were greeted at the door by a woman, who later claimed to be an OnlyFans model.

“They knocked on the door and I guess some girl opened it and she ended up being an OnlyFans model and I guess the guy who had broken into the house had started this whole business and was renting these rooms out to the girls,” the real estate agent said.

The squatting ringleader drew up a fake lease and opened up the home to the raunchy models and allowed the content creators to film their work inside, according to the outlet.

Besides the X-rated video productions, wild parties were also reportedly thrown inside the home.

The couple believe the squatters had been there for about two weeks before they were discovered and subsequently removed.

Police officers were recorded removing luggage and other items from the home as one of the alleged models walked out with a dog.

After the uninvited guests were escorted out, the couple were met with conditions far worse than they imagined.

They claim that the models’ belongings were scattered throughout the house, dog beds on the ground and puppy pads leaking with urine and feces.

“There was poop and pee everywhere,” Randall Smith said. “They cut all the cords to all the security systems, they brought in new Wi-Fi. They were planning to sit there and move there.” Randall Smith said.

“It’s just a really eerie feeling to feel that somebody went into your property and tried to live there and make it their home,” Randall Smith added.

No arrests were made the night the squatters were removed, but the Smiths hope the mastermind behind the operation is caught, according to KTTV.

Reckless squatters have often targeted the Hollywood Hills area over the past year.

In August, unwanted trespassers destroyed a multi-million dollar mansion, filling the home with garbage, feces, and graffiti.

The 11,000-square-foot home, once listed for more than $10 million, was previously decked out in marble, with a lit-up car park, a home theater, and two gourmet kitchens, before the squatters took over.

Three people were detained at the property and cited for trespassing. No arrests were made.
