Lucy Liu would be ‘shocked’ if ‘Charlie’s Angels 3’ is ever made

Lucy Liu won’t say “Good morning, Charlie,” anytime soon — maybe never again.

The 55-year-old actress, who famously starred alongside Cameron Diaz, 51, and Drew Barrymore, 48, in 2000’s “Charlie’s Angels” and 2003’s “Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle,” revealed she thinks a third movie is out of the question.

“I honestly don’t know how that’s going to be feasible,” Liu replied Friday when asked by Variety Studio presented by Audible about a third installment with the iconic trio.

“There have been so many iterations, even after the fact … In some ways, it’s such a strange thing to think about it. Times have changed so much since then.”

Liu continued, “At that time, when we were doing publicity, they had never before had three women on a magazine cover. They didn’t even know how to do it. It was such a strange thing for women to collaborate and be seen as colleagues and friends. It was such a big moment in time, and now it’s shifted.”

“Even when I was doing ‘Ally McBeal,’ there had never been a lead woman in that way,” she said of the 1997 drama series. “There was Mary Tyler Moore and things like that, but the focus has changed. I’m not in charge of that, but I always enjoy the time that I have and then I move on. I never really dwell on anything like that. But I really would be shocked if that happened.”

The Post has contacted reps for Diaz and Barrymore for comment.

Liu’s revelation comes after Diaz came out of acting retirement in June 2022 to start filming Jamie Foxx’s “Back in Action.” He was hospitalized for a mystery medical condition in mid-April and body doubles were used to complete filming.

Barrymore is currently busy hosting her daytime talk show. Liu appeared on the program in March 2023 where the pair reminisced about their risqué “Charlie’s” rendezvous.

“Do you know what I was actually trying to find?” Barrymore asked Liu. “I was trying to find the nude photographs you took of me on the set of ‘Charlie’s’ in my dressing room.”

Liu, revealing that she still had them in her possession, raved about the photos, saying, “And you look gorgeous, as you still do. And you’re so natural and, you know, playful and having a great time. I have a series of portraits of so many people — with and without clothes on, guys.”
