Luke Combs 2024 ‘Growing Up and Getting Old’ tour: Tickets & dates

If you’re already making 2024 plans, Luke Combs has got you covered.

The 33-year-old singer just announced his 13-city, 25-concert ‘Growin’ Up and Gettin’ Old Tour’ that will hit stadiums all over North America from April through August.

That includes back-to-back gigs at Orchard Park, NY’s Highmark Stadium on April 19-20 and East Rutherford, NJ’s MetLife Stadium on July 19-20.

He’s currently slated to play two nights in a row — Fridays and Saturdays — at nearly every stop on the tour.

“When I found out we were going to be able to do two shows for most all of the cities on the 2024 tour, I decided I wanted each show to have their own unique set up of openers, as well as my own unique setlist,” Combs shared in a statement.

“I thought this would give people an opportunity to come to both nights if they want, but see two completely different shows.”

On Friday nights, he’ll be bringing special guests like The Avett Brothers, Cody Jinks, Charles Wesley Godwin, Hailey Whitters and The Wilder Blue.

Saturday nights will see support from Jordan Davis, Mitchell Tenpenny, Drew Parker and Colby Acuff.

“…I wanted to open up my stage to acts that lean into Outlaw, Americana and Red Dirt on Friday nights, (and have) a night with (performers) who are more contemporary country (on Saturdays),” he added.

Luke Combs new music

In 2022, Combs dropped “Growin’ Up,” a 12-song celebration of maturing.

“Combs isn’t reinventing Nashville clichés but he does give them a fresh coat of wax,” Rolling Stone raved in their 3.5-star review.

More recently, he released the 18-track “Gettin’ Old.”

The album is an intimate and vulnerable demonstration of Combs’ evolution as an artist — no theatrics, just self-assured vocals and arrangements that demonstrate how comfortable and confident he’s become as a performer.

We’re especially partial to the rousing opening track “Growin’ Up and Gettin’ Old” and his sparse, flash-free cover of Tracy Chapman’s “Fast Car.”

You can hear Combs’ entire catalog dating back to his 2017 debut “This One’s For You” here.
